Please read this document carefully before using the permata123 platform. Your continued use signifies your agreement to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the permata123 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and permata123 ("Platform", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform, and the effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
This platform is only accessible to users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining credit balances. All information submitted during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. permata123 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party you have or have not authorised. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Not attempting to interfere with, hack, or exploit the platform's security systems
- Not using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage
- Not sharing your account with any other party
- Ensuring all deposits are made using a valid payment method in your own name
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the permata123 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept direct payments in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion involved is the sole responsibility of the user's bank or payment provider.
Deposit Methods
This platform accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods, including Online Banking (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, and direct bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as shown on the deposit page when you are logged in. All deposits must come from an account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and funds will be returned.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days upon completion of eligibility verification. permata123 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for review purposes if suspicious activity is detected or if wagering requirements have not been met. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same user's name.
Promotions & Bonuses
All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated on the promotions page. Abuse of promotions, including registering multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and potential account termination.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

Permata123 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity
- Multiple account registrations or providing false information
- Attempting to abuse the promotions system or the platform
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement
If your account is suspended for technical reasons or for review purposes, we will notify you via your registered email within a reasonable timeframe.
Limitation of Liability
Permata123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the continuity or accuracy of the service at all times.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the permata123 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of permata123 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the permata123 platform shall first be referred to direct negotiation between the user and the platform. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the matter to the relevant arbitration authority.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
